Flood Assistance for Rockland County and Westchester County Homeowners

Are you or someone you know affected by the recent flooding in Rockland County or Westchester County? Grants of up to $50,000 are available to assist homeowners who suffered flood damage in July 2023 and need emergency repairs to safely reoccupy their homes. Funds will be based on scope of work approved by Habitat NYC and Westchester, and may only be used to address flood damage that occurred as a direct result of the July 2023 storms.
Requirements: Applicant’s primary residence must be in Rockland County or Westchester County and must adhere to the income limits below.
