People all across the country give tremendously to charities and contribute countless volunteer hours to programs like Habitat for Humanity that, quite literally, breathe new life into a community.

Increasingly, people are lining up to help to register voters, support the rights of women, LGBTQ, immigrants and refugees, volunteering at soup kitchens, and of course, picking up a hammer and shovel to help build affordable homes - there are countless ways for everyone to get involved.
