We are focused on creating and preserving permanently affordable homeownership opportunities with working class New Yorkers in the five boroughs and Westchester County. We empower low-to moderate-income residents to achieve and sustain affordable homeownership. Through direct services and advocacy, we strive to create lasting impact through our homebuilding, preservation, and tenant-to-ownership conversion programs and by promoting equitable access to homeownership.
