Constellation is a scattered-site project that will provide approximately 108 affordable cooperative homeownership units across eight sites in Central Brooklyn.
The development will include 34 one-bedroom, 52 two-bedroom, and 22 three-bedroom apartments in buildings ranging from three to nine stories, designed by Union Street Studio Architects PLLC.
Homes will be available to first-time buyers earning modest incomes, with affordable mortgage options tied to roughly 33% of household income. To preserve long-term affordability, the properties will be placed in the Interboro Community Land Trust.
Constellation will meet Enterprise Green Communities standards, supporting energy-efficient, healthy housing. The project is expected to be fully funded.
Expected to break ground in 2026.
